Provided subsurface investigations, testing and foundation recommendations and associated reports for a proposed 20,000 SF building in Valrico, Florida. Also performed construction oversight, project management and materials testing and inspection on construction phase of project.
Towers at Hail Economic City Development Hail City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The proposed Hail Economic City project consisted of (4) Towers each tower consist of basement, ground, (20) floors, lower roof & upper roof. Provided geotechnical investigations and foundation design recommendations to determine the depth and characteristics of the different subsurface formations, the required foundation depth, the most suitable and economical type of foundation, the allowable bearing capacity, and expected settlements under the proposed structures. Performed value engineering analysis taking into consideration cost, constructability impact on near-by structures (noise-vibration) and schedule.
Christ the King Church and School Additions, Tampa, Florida
Provided geotechnical investigations and recommendations for this new 3 story Parrish Community Center, a new 2 story administration building and a new 2 story school building for a total of 38,000 SF.
Clayton County Senior Center, Clayton County International Park, Georgia
Provided Geotechnical Engineering Recommendations for the construction of three (3) separate single-story structures that totaled 28,700 SF, therapeutic pool, driveways and associated parking. Additionally, we provided construction inspection and testing during the construction.
Palmetto Library-Fulton County, Georgia
