Provided Geotechnical investigation, soil classification and recommendations for foundation design.
MC Squared provides specialized geotechnical and materials testing services for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Our expertise supports the development of reservoirs, treatment facilities, pump stations, and distribution systems, ensuring structural integrity and long-term performance under varying environmental conditions.
We prioritize cost-effective, sustainable solutions that enhance water quality, protect public health, and improve system reliability. Our team collaborates with municipalities, utilities, and engineering firms to optimize designs, mitigate risks, and support regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Through advanced testing methodologies and a deep understanding of subsurface conditions, we help deliver resilient infrastructure that efficiently manages water resources and withstands future demand.
Provided Geotechnical investigation, soil classification and recommendations for foundation design.
Provided subsurface investigations and associated foundation recommendations for the Water Treatment Plant additions at the Hollywood Seminole Indian Reservation. In addition, we provided materials testing of soils and concrete on the construction phase of the project. Project components include a new clearwell, process/administration building, generator building, chemical storage area, degasifier/transfer pump station and associated piping.
Provided engineering recommendations and construction oversight, management & inspection and construction materials testing of soils, concrete and asphalt for the JB Messerly WTP. Construction costs $80 million.
Provided subsurface investigations and associated recommendations for this project which was intended to improve the water quality of the effluent from the Combined Sewer Outfall (CSO) system of the Stockade sub-basin in southeast Atlanta. The plan included the design of approximately 52,000 LF of new sanitary sewer and 11,000 LF of new storm sewers including tunneling under I-20.
