New Tampa Community Center, Tampa, Florida
Provided geotechnical investigations and recommendations for this new Community Center with an approximate footprint of 24,600 SF and with a future potential expansion of 9,000 SF.
MC Squared delivers geotechnical engineering, foundation design, and materials testing services for commercial, institutional, and industrial vertical structures. Our expertise ensures safe, cost-effective, and durable developments, ranging from high-rise towers and community centers to warehouses, schools, and specialized facilities.
We conduct comprehensive subsurface investigations, foundation evaluations, and construction oversight to optimize site preparation and mitigate settlement risks. Our services also include value engineering, considering cost, constructability, and environmental impacts to support efficient project execution.
With a deep understanding of soil-structure interaction and regulatory requirements, we help clients develop resilient, long-lasting buildings tailored to their functional and operational needs.
Provided geotechnical investigations and recommendations for this new Community Center with an approximate footprint of 24,600 SF and with a future potential expansion of 9,000 SF.
Provided materials testing (soils and concrete) during construction for this addition to McLane Middle School in Hillsborough County. Improvements include a new gymnasium and media center building.
MC Squared provided Quality Control (QC) services for concrete testing as part of the St. Petersburg Northwest Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Improvements project. Our team conducted field and laboratory testing to assess concrete strength, composition, and durability, ensuring compliance with project specifications. By delivering accurate and timely test reports, we supported construction progress and upheld the integrity of critical infrastructure.
The proposed Hail Economic City project consisted of (4) Towers each tower consist of basement, ground, (20) floors, lower roof & upper roof. Provided geotechnical investigations and foundation design recommendations to determine the depth and characteristics of the different subsurface formations, the required foundation depth, the most suitable and economical type of foundation, the allowable bearing capacity, and expected settlements under the proposed structures. Performed value engineering analysis taking into consideration cost, constructability impact on near-by structures (noise-vibration) and schedule.
Provided geotechnical investigations and recommendations the new maintenance facility including internal parking and roadway areas.
Provided geotechnical investigations and foundation recommendations for a new modular building at the existing school site in Pasco County, Florida. The improvements also include a new stormwater retention area.
